The Making More Health Together Convention welcomes everyone from across the globe who shares an interest in creating sustainable social impact from social entrepreneurs to impact investors, foundations to NGOs, academia to industry and other stakeholders.

Making More Health Together takes place over 1.5 days, running from October 9 (full day) to October 10 (half day).

If you are unable to attend in person or virtually, we will share all sessions from the convention on our website after the event – so you won’t miss out!

It is free to attend the convention. However, you are responsible for any travel and accommodation costs related to the event.

The dress code for the convention is business casual.

In case you are not available for both days you can attend the event for just 1 day. The full convention materials will be sent to you after the convention.

We understand that travel has become more difficult over the past few years, which is why we offer a virtual convention if you are unable to attend in person. Simply click on the ‘Register Now’ link on our website and sign up to attend virtually.

Unfortunately, we will need to know the names of the attending delegate(s) as the registration is linked to an attending person rather than an organization.

The session topics are being finalized, but you can expect to engage in a range of discussions on social impact financing, current trends and challenges the industry face, presentations and pitches from social entrepreneurs, as well as workshops to collaborate and share best practices on creating social impact. In addition, there will be plenty of opportunities to network with like-minded innovators and thought leaders in the social impact space.

Yes, throughout the convention we encourage you to engage and interact with other participants, exchange ideas, and create partnerships that you can continue after the convention. We have dedicated zones within the convention for you to network and create those all-important partnerships for you to make the most of Making More Health Together.

We are working closely with local hotels in Ingelheim and Mainz for the convention. You can find our recommended hotels and travel guidelines in the convention information bulletin. Please note you are responsible for all travel and accommodation costs related to the convention.

We have negotiated a reduced rate at several hotels. Please note these rates are available for a limited time only, and we recommend you book your accommodation at your earliest convenience. You can find more information on the reduced rates in the convention information bulletin.

If you require a visa in order to attend the conference, we can issue an official invitation letter for your visa application. You can request the need for an invitation letter during the registration process and will be asked to fill out a template with your personal data and exact visa requirements. Afterwards you will receive a signed letter on Boehringer Ingelheim letterhead. We issue visa letters electronically but also provide original signed letters if required. Please be aware that we only provide visa letters for the length of the event.
